Where can I find my Gantri credit balance?
You can check your available credit by logging into your Gantri account and navigating to the Payments page. If you’re having trouble finding your balance, or you think there may be an error, email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of you.
How long do my credits last?
Gantri credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you’re ready for your next purchase—whether that’s tomorrow or years from now!
Can I redeem credits for cash?
No, Gantri credits can only be applied toward purchases on our website. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
