Where can I buy Gantri products?

Our lights are available on the Gantri website where you can explore all our products online and enjoy direct-to-door delivery. Plan a visit to Gantri The Shop, based in San Francisco, California, to see our lights in person. Reimagined from a 1920s

Where does Gantri ship?

We currently ship throughout the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We aim to expand globally in the future - we’re excited to bring our products to more places soon!

How much does shipping cost?

For up to five item purchases, shipping is a flat rate of $24* per item. If you order more than five items, shipping is a flat rate of $20* per item.

Who pays for taxes and customs duties?

For orders delivered within the U.S., sales tax will be provided at checkout. When shipping to Canada, additional costs like government taxes, duties, and UPS customs brokerage fees will apply. Once the shipment is with UPS, these fees are determined

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

When will my order ship?

You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email or by checking your account. Note: Orders may arrive earlier than expected! We aim to build in extra time to account for production variability. Reach out to [email protected]

Can I edit/cancel my order?

You can edit or cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Send an email with order number and the reason of cancelation to [email protected], and we’ll take care of it. To check your order status, log in to your account and view the Orders section

How do I track my shipments?

You can track your order’s progress by logging in to your account and checking the Orders section. When your order ships, we’ll also send you a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your package right to your door.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
