If your light isn’t turning on, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Remove and reinstall the pre-installed Gantri bulb.

Test the Gantri bulb in another light, and try a compatible bulb in your Gantri light.

Plug your Gantri light into another outlet to rule out any electrical issues.

With the dimmer switch in the “On” position, gently move or jiggle the power cord near the base of the light and around the dimmer switch to check for any connection issues.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please email us at support@gantri.com with your order number and any relevant photos or videos. Be sure to keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
