When this happens please check if:
- Completely remove the pre-installed Gantri bulb and then reinstall it.
- Check that the pre-installed Gantri bulb works on another lamp. Additionally, check that another compatible bulb works with the Gantri light.
- Check that the Gantri light works in other outlets in the home.
- While the Gantri light is plugged in and the dimmer switch is in the “On” position, gently push/pull or “jiggle” the power cord where it attaches to the base of the light. Do the same to test the power cord on both sides of the dimmer switch.
If your light still does not turn on, please email us at support@gantri.com. Make sure to include your order number and photos/videos documenting the troubleshooting steps above and/or any other damages. Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
