If your order has not yet been shipped, we’re happy to make edits. Just send a message to support@gantri.com. To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click on the Orders section. Please keep in mind:
- After an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our factory, it is not possible to edit the order or the shipping address. However, you can contact UPS to see if they can make any necessary changes on their end.
- The cost of delivery shipping is non-refundable once the item leaves our factory.
